Learning Objective: The following case studies will help students gain insight into real issues and circumstances that can result in a person experiencing homelessness.

Outcome: By the completion of this activity, students will: 

a) Have a better understanding of various issues and circumstances that may result in a person experiencing homelessness. 

b) Experience real stories from the field of homelessness services.

c) Use critical thinking to discuss how they might intervene if the person in this case study was their client. 

d) Gain resources to learn more about some issues that can compound homelessness.
